Abstract

The development of strategic management and business policy studies shows significant dynamics in line with the increasing complexity of the global business environment, economic uncertainty, and technological advances. This study aims to map the global research landscape in the field of strategic management and business policy through a bibliometric approach. The research data was obtained from the Scopus database, collected using Publish or Perish software, then analyzed with VOSviewer to identify publication patterns, collaboration networks, and research theme developments. The results of the network visualization analysis show a close relationship between key words such as strategic management, business policy, performance, and innovation. Density visualization reveals established dominant themes, while overlay visualization shows a shift in research focus towards issues of digitalization, artificial intelligence, and sustainability in recent years. These findings provide a comprehensive overview of the structure of knowledge and the direction of research development, and can serve as a strategic reference for researchers and policymakers in developing further research.
